"Can never get a ride when it actually matters"
I’ve tried using Free Now a few times now, and there’s almost never a car around when I need one. The app just sits there searching, or someone accepts and then cancels after I’ve already waited ages. At that point I end up walking or opening that other one anyway, so it kind of defeats the whole point of having it.

I mostly use Free Now when I don’t feel like dealing with price surprises. The fare it shows before booking is usually exactly what I pay, or close enough that I don’t really think about it. I just like seeing the estimate and any fees upfront, because then there’s no weird moment at the end wondering what it’ll cost. I’ve taken a few rides with it now and the pricing has been clear every time, so in my head that means it’s reliable. Simple app, no stress, 5 stars from me.

The route was actually quick and didn’t take me on any weird detours, which I appreciated. That said, I still felt a little misled by how it was presented beforehand, like I was expecting something different based on the info I was given.

I used Free Now a couple of times this week and, the pickup pin was exactly where it should’ve been both times. The drivers came right to the corner I chose, so there was no awkward calling, wandering around, or trying to explain where I was. It sounds like a small thing, but it made the whole trip way less annoying. I’m usually skeptical with apps like this because if something goes wrong, customer service is never exactly reassuring, but at least this part worked really well.

"Loyalty rewards don’t really feel worth it"
I’ve spent a decent amount here over time, but the rewards still feel so tiny that it doesn’t feel like much of a perk. I even reached out about it, but the response made it seem like nobody actually read what I was saying. Just kind of disappointing.

I've used Free Now a few times when I've had my little boy and our dog with me, it just makes things easier for me. I like being able to pick the ride option that suits what I need instead of stressing about whether the driver will be okay with it. The drivers I've had were friendly, and the cars were clean enough for us. It takes a lot of the hassle out of getting around.

Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but the car felt dirty when I got in. The seats weren’t comfortable either, and the whole thing felt cramped, so it wasn’t a great experience.

I’ve had mixed experiences here. Some deliveries show up quickly, which is great, but others end up getting canceled at the last minute. that kind of inconsistency is frustrating and makes the whole thing feel a bit unreliable

I had a whole hassle trying to get back into my Free Now account after switching phones. The app kept asking me to verify again, but the code either didn’t show up or came late. Then when I finally got one and entered it, it still told me something went wrong. Like, come on now, I’m just trying to book a ride.
Support did eventually reply, but it took a while and felt copy-pasted. I get that security matters, but spending half an hour just proving it’s me is ridiculous. The app is fine when it actually works, but getting locked out or stuck on verification makes the whole thing really frustrating.

I did get help in the end. And the person was nice enough. But the waiting part... yeah, that took way too long. I was just sitting there wondering what was going on. So overall, not terrible, but definitely a bit frustrating.

"Super easy to book and cancel"
Used Free Now to book a ride it was really straightforward. The app was simple to figure out. Driver details showed up fast, and the price was clear before I confirmed anything. No guessing. Later on, my plans changed and I had to cancel a booking. Took a few seconds. No hassle at all. Got the confirmation right away too. Smooth overall, and I’d definitely use it again.

"GPS sent the driver to the wrong street"
The map was way off and kept showing the driver on a different street, so I ended up waiting in the wrong spot. I was starting to worry I was being fooled or that something was wrong with the pickup, but it just seemed like the GPS wasn’t accurate at all

I’ve used Free Now a few times now i pretty much assumed it’d be a hassle at first, but it’s been really straightforward. The app is easy to figure out, booking takes no time, and the driver info pops up clearly. Paying through the app is also handy because I’m not dealing with cash. No issues so far, so I’d say it just works well for me.

"Got my bag back, eventually"
I left my small bag in a FREE NOW taxi after a night out, so yes, that part was completely on me. Very calm about it, obviously, even though I was absolutely replaying the whole ride in my head for hours.
Support did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick, and I had to send the same details more than once, which was a tiny bit frustrating in the most peaceful way possible. Once I finally got in touch with the driver, he was actually really nice and we sorted out a pickup without any drama.
I got everything back the next day, so I’m genuinely glad about that. I just wish the lost property process was a bit faster and clearer, because waiting around not knowing what’s happening is not my favorite calm little activity. Overall, not bad, not amazing

Every time I book with Free Now, the app tells me the driver is 3 or 4 minutes away, which sounds great… until the time magically keeps going up. My last ride said the driver was close, so I stood outside waiting like a fool for almost 20 minutes. If the arrival time isn’t actually accurate, maybe don’t present it like it is. Just a thought. Frustrating when you’re trying to get somewhere on time.

Free Now is alright overall, and most of my rides have gone through without any issues. But the billing side can be really annoying. I had one payment sit pending for days, and when I tried to get help, support was slow and it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for fixing it, the app, the driver, the payment provider, who knows. It did get sorted eventually, but the whole thing made me a bit wary. I still use the app, but I don’t fully trust it with payments yet.

I’ve used Free Now a few times now and, yeah, the receipts usually land in my email soon after the ride. Not always right away, I guess, but they do come through. The invoice is easy to find in the app too, once you know where to look. For work trips and expensing stuff, it’s been fine.

Had to chase up my refund a bit, which was annoying tbh. It did come through in the end, so all good there, but support could definitely be quicker and a bit clearer with updates.

I’ve used Free Now a few times late at night, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. I usually felt safe during the rides, the drivers were polite, and the cars had working seatbelts, which I always check. I also like that the app shows the driver details beforehand, since that gives a bit more peace of mind. One driver was going a little faster than I’d have liked, but it wasn’t anything too serious. Overall, I’ve had a good experience using it.

"Accessible rides feel too unpredictable"
I use Free Now here and there, and from my experience, the accessibility side of it just isn’t very reliable. I have a folding wheelchair, and it’s not always clear whether the driver is actually able or willing to help with it. A couple of times I even added a note beforehand, but the driver still seemed caught off guard when they arrived. The app itself is fine enough, but as a disabled rider, I feel like I’m taking a chance every time. I really wish they had clearer accessibility options so you knew what to expect before booking
